Payments/Invoicing

• We will bill on a bi-weekly basis via Credit/Debit cards or Zelle, invoices need to be paid within 5 days of invoice receipt, or a $30 late fee will be added.
   
• Shipments do not move with unpaid invoices. 

We are not responsible for mis-delivery by carriers.  We are not responsible for items once they leave our facility.  Shipments do not move with unpaid invoices.  We are not responsible for items not listed on your spreadsheet.  We are not responsible for items damaged in transit to and from carriers.  Shipping plans will be created by either us or you and approved by you.  We will not start our turnaround time until we have an approved shipping plan and the product in stock.  

 All damaged items will be destroyed after 30 days if you do not advise us what to do with the inventory via email. Prices subject to change.
